Free Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped free of charge.

Your order will be delivered to your registered delivery address within 5 business days via courier. Please make sure to check your delivery address before placing your order.

*The delivery timeframe does not apply to the Iznik Tile Collection and baby crib bumpers. Products from the Iznik Tile Collection and baby crib bumpers are shipped within 4 weeks following your order.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of unused, unwashed, eligible items or defective products, provided that the return conditions are met and the items are returned within the specified period. Please note that exchanges are not available for online purchases.

Returns by Courier:

• Please send the items you wish to return via Yurtiçi Kargo.
• You may return your package free of charge by using the return code 404836709 in the recipient section.
• Please ensure that the items comply with the return conditions and that the invoice is included in your shipment.

In-Store Returns:

• Items purchased from haremlique.com may also be returned at our stores (Zorlu Center Mall and Yalıkavak Marina only).
• The invoice provided to you must be presented at the store during the return process.
• If you have received an online exchange card, it must also be presented when completing the return in-store.

Return Conditions

15-Day Return Policy: You may return your items within 15 days from the delivery date, together with the original invoice. Returned items must comply with the return conditions and include original packaging and tags. Used items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds: Once your returned items are approved in accordance with our return conditions, refunds will be submitted to your bank within 2 business days. You may follow the remaining process with your bank.

Personalized Products:
Unless there is an error caused by our company or the item is defective, personalized products are not eligible for return. If your order arrives with an error caused by our company, the product may be remade free of charge or a refund may be issued.
